Thank you for shopping with Heart of the Sage. We are dedicated to ensuring your carefully packaged items arrive safely and efficiently. Per Heart of the Sage’s shipping policy, all orders are processed and packaged with care in Ontario, Canada. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing & Handling Times

• Standard order processing takes 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

 
Shipping Rates & Regions

At this time, we only ship within Canada and the United States.

• Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100! Note: The $100 threshold is calculated after any discounts have been applied and before applicable taxes.

• Standard Flat-Rate Shipping: For orders under $100, a flat-rate shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking: Once your healing crystals, journals, or tools ship, you will receive a confirmation email complete with a tracking link so you can follow your package's sacred journey home.

Delivery Information: All packages are shipped from Canada via trusted carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is completely accurate at checkout to avoid any delivery delays.

Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

While we are completely committed to the secure and efficient delivery of your order, Heart of the Sage is not responsible for:

• Carrier transit delays or seasonal volume surges.

• Packages that have been officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but cannot be found.

Address Accuracy Responsibilities

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is 100% accurate before finalizing the order.

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

• If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.

Cross-Border Customs & Duties (US Orders)

• Orders shipped from Canada to the United States may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by US Customs.

• These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to making a purchase.
