Shipping Policy
Heart of the Sage offers free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes) within Canada and the United States.
All orders are packaged with care in Ontario, Canada within 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email once your package ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
We are committed to the secure and efficient delivery of your order and are not responsible for carrier delays, packages marked as delivered but not found, or seasonal volume surges. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all shipping information is accurate; we cannot refund the original shipping costs for parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses. So please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Please note: International orders are subject to duties and taxes and are not included in the price. It is the customer's responsibility to determine what those additional costs are before purchasing your item(s).
